 Malawi High Commission – commission’s building electrical works consultancy and installation of an Access control system
 Pepsi Cola Africa – electrical works and installation of an Access control system.
 Goldmark International – electrical, data and installation of a CCTV system.
 Rehabilitation of electrical wiring and structured cabling for the Ministry of Research Science and Technology, Jogoo House Offices. Involved provision of double compartment trunking and wiring for both computer workstations and a central UPS systems for 164 access points
 Electrical works and Structured Cabling and Networking for Kenya High school labs and computer infrastructure project.
 Structured cabling for Ministry of Local Government, Cianda House offices. Provided double compartment trunking and wiring for computer systems and centralized UPS system for 224 access points.
 Electrical Consultancy Services for M/S Edwards Electrical Services (contractors) in the last 6 years in various electrical cabling and plants installation projects including, BAT –Thika plant extensions, Kenya College of Communication Technology extensions, Kenya School of Professional Studies complex.

Stack Consulting has implemented several numbers of turnkey projects as we work so close with our customers to design, build, test and commissioning of these large projects. Here below some of our major turnkeys projects implemented in UAE and the region:

Security Audits

• Longonot Place – Security Risk Assessment for apartments and offices, Kijabestreet-November
• Chase Bank – Alarm systems assessment and upgrade. Supervision of changeover process; The Bank was changing service providers and took the opportunity to upgrade all its alarm and fire systems.
• Chase Bank: - CCTV & Access control audit. Development of RFP complete with specifications for the upgrade of existing systems.
• Chase Bank – Electronic security systems audit and identifying vulnerabilities for Bank headquarters following major breach in their system. Assisted with investigation and made recommendations towards “hardening” of the security system
• PSI International – Electronic Security systems audit and identifying vulnerabilities for godowns following a major breach. Assisted with investigations and made recommendations towards “hardening” of the security system
• General Assessors – Retained as a consultant for electronic security systems . Advise on the “hardening” of systems to meet required standards for insurance cover

2001-2012

KK Security – Project Management

Project Consultancy for the following projects carried out under KK Security: Design, Project Management and implementation of advanced security systems, Integrated CCTV and access control systems in East and Central Africa for KK Security clients. Major Integrated Security Projects Implemented include;

STACK carried out Security Audits for various clients including, EABL, Alibhai Shariff, Homegrown, Enashapai Resort and Spa. These audits were followed by the implementation of the recommendations for Physical Electronic security.

2006 Second National Operator –VTEL Consortium

Stack Consulting Ltd. provided consultancy services (for the development of a Technical and Financial Bid for Vtel Consortium. We worked closely with Loita Capital Partners to successfully deliver a winning bid. License Value was $27M.

2004 Second national Operator- ZTE/CNC/Kensim Consortium

The company provided consultancy services (Stack Consulting) for the first SNO tender to a consortium of two Chinese firms and a local partner. We successfully prepared a bid document which was submitted with four other competitors.

2003-2004 Banque National de Rwanda

STACK Consulting Ltd. successfully negotiated a partnership between KK Security and AFS (later bought by Chubb) to win the installation of an Integrated Security System for the Banque National de Rwanda (BNR) valued at US$1.3M

2001 IMS – Systems Integration

We provided systems integration and project management services for IMS ltd. Project involved the installation of the first public Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system for use with online betting. The work involved liaison with Telkom Kenya and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of equipment into Telkom’s network and billing systems.

2000 Regional Telecom Operator

The company provided consultancy services for the development of a Business Plan and a Technical Plan for Regional Telecommunications Operator’s bidding for Bell~Western Consortium. And won the tender for North Eastern Region and the project was implemented in 2002. License value was US$500,000.

1999 Africa Online Holdings Ltd. (Afol) Y2K Project Manager

Africa Online Y2k Compliance Initiative Project for 5 Countries in Africa.
